Refunds and exchanges
We will replace, exchange goods or offer refunds within 28 days, if you are not satisfied with your purchases, or if they are damaged upon receipt. Where goods are returned as not wanted this does depend on them being sent back in re-saleable condition. Please do not hesitate to email us at info@spiralpublishing.com if you are unsure of your purchase.

Shipping and Order fulfillment
We offer free UK delivery. Post and packing from outside the UK is charged based on weight and destination. To see your shipping costs please go to your basket checkout, where the shipping costs are shown before you enter any payment details. As standard, items are sent 2nd class untracked postage, unless otherwise requested by contacting us after placing your order. You can contact us at info@spiralpublishing.com to query your order, or its progress at any time, if you have concerns about the delivery. If you are placing a bulk order, you can contact us prior to ordering, to see if we can arrange discounted shipping.

Currency
Please note that the currency used throughout the site is British Pounds Sterling (£).

VAT
Books and magazines are zero VAT items in the UK, so for the majority of items there is no sales tax. Please email info@spiralpublishing.com, if you have any queries regarding tax and your order.

Payment
Unless credit terms are in place all items must be paid for in full before shipping. All items remain the property of Spiral Publishing Ltd until paid for in full. Spiral Publishing Ltd reserves the right to charge for removal of goods where payment is not received and/or billing for charges already incurred where item is not wanted or ordered in error.
